A Solution For Drivers to Submit Legible Documents
Drivers handle all administrative formalities, including CERFA documents and vehicle registration. For each transport, drivers complete out an inventory of fixtures on departure and arrival via DriiveMe’s in-house mobile application. These inventories include document management, requiring high-quality photos to be taken.
For example, a statement must be signed by the end customer and then photographed by the driver. This document serves as proof that the vehicle has been delivered to the end customer. It is, therefore, crucial that these documents are clean and perfectly legible. However, DriiveMe frequently encountered issues with blurred, poorly framed, or hard-to-read photos, leading to user delays and complaints. So, they sought a solution to improve their document capture process.
A Smooth and Fast Cordova-based Integration
After exploring several solutions, DriiveMe turned to Genius Scan for its competitive offering and ease of integration into their mobile app.
