HiFlow coordinates vehicle deliveries for individuals and businesses through a network of professional drivers. Each mission requires generating and archiving key documents, such as delivery reports, driver’s licence, and vehicle registration.

Previously, these documents were simply captured using the phone’s native camera. This method led to inconsistent quality: blurry images, poor framing, or unreadable content. All increasing the risk of disputes or rejected proof of delivery.

HiFlow set out to find a scanning solution that could be directly embedded in their driver app to ensure sharp, well-framed scans every time. After evaluating several options, Genius Scan SDK stood out for its combination of reliability, ease of integration, and high-quality output.

The integration of Genius Scan SDK into the HiFlow driver app was fast and seamless. Thanks to clear and well-documented APIs, the development team quickly embedded the scanner module into the existing workflow.

The user experience remains intuitive: drivers open the scanner directly within the HiFlow app, capture documents in seconds, and submit them to the central system. No additional training was required.

Since adopting the Genius Scan SDK in 2021, the quality of scanned documents in the HiFlow app has improved significantly. The SDK itself has also evolved, with enhanced edge detection, new image filters, and the ability to add pages from the photo library, making it easy to create high-quality multipage PDFs. These improvements enable users to generate clear, readable, and properly cropped documents, reducing the need for corrections or customer back-and-forth.
