Overview

The SDK processes all documents locally—including capture, enhancement, PDF generation, and text extraction—ensuring no user data is ever transmitted. Full control over storage and export is retained by the integrator, ensuring maximum data privacy and regulation compliance.

Network communication is restricted to two specific cases, both of which can be fully disabled:

• License Validation: The SDK connects to servers to auto-refresh the license key by default. This feature can be disabled, though doing so requires manual key updates before license renewal.
• OCR Resources: If the platform’s native OCR engine lacks support for a selected language, necessary data files may be downloaded from the Tesseract repository. You can prevent this by disabling the OCR and Data extraction features.
