Troubleshooting licensing issues

Symptoms

Likely cause

The license key is missing, invalid, expired, or does not match the app identifier. The identifier is the bundle ID on iOS, package name on Android, and hostname on Web.

Fix

Set the license key as early as possible in your app lifecycle and make sure it matches the application identifier registered in the licensing portal. Make sure license auto-refresh is enabled so the SDK can renew the license without requiring an app update.
